D. Sc. (Eng.), Professor, Chairman of the Board of Directors at Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works, Honorary Doctor of Nosov Magnitogorsk State Technical University, Academician at the Russian Academy of Quality.

Viktor Rashnikov is a winner of the prize awarded by the Russian Government for excellence in science and engineering.

He is the author of over 100 research papers and process designs devoted to optimized rolling technology and improved product quality.

The production strategy currently employed at Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works is based on and justified by the findings of professor Rashnikov’s research and development work.
