Vadim R. Khramshin (Russia)

D. Sc. (Eng.)., Professor at the Department of Industrial Power of Nosov Magnitogorsk State Technical University; a member of the organizing committees of the International Conference on Automated Electric Drives (AED) and the International Conference on Industrial Engineering (ICIE). Proceedings of the above conferences are indexed in Scopus; a recipient of the Russian President’s grants awarded as part of governmental support for young Russian researchers with PhD titles (2009-2010) and DSc titles (2015-2016); a recipient of the Russian President’s Scholarship granted to promising young researchers engaged in research and development in one of the most important areas of Russian economics (2013-2014); a winner of the Russian Government’s prize awarded to young scientists of science and engineering.

Professor Khramshin is a well-known scientist in the area of high-dynamics and energy saving electrical systems for industrial applications. He is leading a research initiative aimed at the creation of interrelated automated electric drives, process control systems, as well as information and electrotechnical control systems. He supervised three postgraduate students who were awarded a PhD degree in Electrotechnical Systems and Complexes (05.09.03).

Vadim Khramshin has authored more than 180 scientific and educational papers, including 3 monographs, 20 patents RF, and 8 learner guides. 30 of his articles are included in the citation databases of Scopus and Web of Science.
