Abstract

Method of combined friction rate assessment by drawing is offered. Friction coefficient of this rate is in scope «coefficient of friction of complete lubrication – coefficient of friction of boundary lubrication». From the conditions of forcing capability of single die the lubrication layer depth in the beginning of deformation zone is defined.
