Abstract

The virtual simulation in a technical computing environment MatLab + Simulink is considered in this article. The virtual simu-lation is used in the course of «Power Electronics». The features and advantages of virtual simulation have been considered. Some features of MatLab have been shown on the example of one laboratory work. It is «The study of one complete regenerating converter». The combination of the virtual laboratory works and the «physical» laboratory works allows to increase the quality of training and to cause student interest at higher educational institutions.
