Abstract
The article considers the creation of automated control system for spare parts stock intended to repair and maintain the main processing equipment. Using this automated system it is possible to calculate current and emergency (insurance) stock of spare parts on the basis of logistic method of analysis such as ABC-analysis and XYZ-analysis. The relationship between the possible damage and the lack of spare parts stock with the cost for its creation is compared in determining the practicability for emergency reserve formation.
