Abstract

Under the influence of external factors (constraints), the domestic entrepreneurial ecosystem has been forced to shift its focus from global objectives toward adaptive dynamics, with the operational resilience of enterprises becoming a central priority. However, this approach requires continuous financial flows and the modernization of business models to enable enterprises to manage uncertainties. An ESG strategy serves as a tool for managing systemic risks and enhancing the adaptability of business processes. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to analyze and substantiate the application of an ESG strategy to enhance the resilience of industrial enterprises. To increase the adaptability of enterprises under conditions of uncertainty, the authors have modified the standard business model using statistical and analytical methods. The model consists of nine consecutive blocks and encompasses all business processes of an organization, including various financial instruments. The proposed approach provides a structured, step-by-step framework for minimizing risks in a changing environment. The application of the proposed approach makes it possible to conduct a comprehensive analysis of data, identify relationships between sustainable development goals and business processes, and develop verifiable ESG rating models, which is critical for decision-making by investors and management. The successful implementation and use of an ESG strategy are intrinsically linked to the achievement of sustainable development goals, as well as to standardization and technical regulation, which ensure data comparability, prevent disruptions, and increase confidence in reporting. Implementing an ESG strategy within an integrated business model enables organizations to continuously improve, increase the flexibility of business processes, and achieve a higher level of resilience, providing significant advantages in the modern macroeconomic environment.
